The aims of this activity are to enhance the professional profiles of project researchers and professionals from partner organizations by equipping them with new skills, knowledge, and competencies in digital skills, 3D technologies, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. This will empower their personal development and improve their ability to offer new courses for VET trainers, while also upgrading their training resources and tools in these key areas. Additionally, the activity seeks to bridge the gap between education and the labor market by involving labor market representatives to collect best practices for a 3D mapping tool, ensuring that VET courses align with labor market needs and improve employment prospects for VET graduates. VET trainers will play an active role by sharing insights during the development of the mapping tool, professional course, and platform, and they will benefit from targeted upskilling in 3D technologies, enhancing their ability to teach these skills and improving their job prospects. Finally, the activity aims to promote collaboration and networking among partner organizations, labor market representatives, and VET trainers, fostering synergies and the exchange of good practices to benefit all involved stakeholders.
